Hello Ladies!

I thought this post would be a great follow-up to the staying positive when you don’t feel good post I made a few days ago.

Yesterday my boss officially offered me a promotion to be a supervisor. To some people that might not sound like a big deal but I have only been with the company for 8 months AND she first talked to me about becoming a supervisor 3 months ago.

I know that there are several factors for the offer, but I think the main reason is my positive attitude! I work well with all the associates and I am friendly and try to go out of my way to help our customers.

Most of our customers are great ladies (and some gentlemen) so it’s very easy to provide excellent customer service! I also work with a great bunch of ladies and we have so much fun together!

I go to work with the mindset that I WILL have a great day! I use the visualization techniques that I briefly touched on in the last post and it works like a charm!

For those of you that are having a hard time, just keep trying and you will start to see these techniques working. Don’t give up and you WILL succeed! That is the best advise that all millionaires will tell you! That advise works for all areas of your life as well as creating your own financial empire!

The funny thing is….when I first got hired, I told myself and imagined that I would be in a position of authority within a year. And now it’s becoming a reality well before I imagined it! Thank you Janel for believing in me!

Now, I have to start imagining myself learning new responsibilities with ease and doing a great job in my new position! The more I keep that image in my head, the more likely it will happen!

And you can do the same thing! Women are more powerful than we think. You just need to learn how to create your life the way you want it! It all starts with you. Believe in yourself, empower yourself and nothing can stop you from achieving your dreams!

If you need help and encouragement, I will be here to do all I can!

Have a fun and safe 4th of July!

Until next time….

Caryn
